Privacy Policy

1. What we collect and why

· Email address — to identify you, sign you in, tell you when a run finishes, and answer your messages

· The business description and brand settings you enter — to produce topics

· Topics and drafts produced for you — so you can reopen them later

· A hash of your IP address — to prevent abuse. We do not store the raw address.

· Payment data — held by the payment provider. We receive only whether payment succeeded and your subscription state. We do not store card numbers.

2. Retention

When you close your account we delete it and everything produced for you without undue delay.

Records we are required to keep by Korean law are kept for the required period (contract and payment records 5 years, consumer complaint records 3 years).

3. Processors

We do not sell your data. We use the following processors to run the Service:

· Cloud infrastructure and database — hosting

· AI model providers — generating topics and drafts (your business description is sent to them)

· Search providers — researching public web documents

· Email delivery — sign-in codes and notifications

· Payment providers — processing payments

4. International transfer

Our AI, search and infrastructure providers may operate servers outside Korea. What is transferred is the business description you entered and text generated during processing, for the purpose of producing topics and drafts.

5. Your rights

You may ask to see, correct, delete, or stop the processing of your data at any time.

You can delete produced material yourself from the My library screen.
